A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER, CHRISTY CARTER

I built Workwife for Home Service business owners who have outgrown their capacity to do everything themselves.

I owned an HVAC company that I loved in a role that I hated. The business itself wasn’t the problem. The problem was everything behind it. The systems were messy, the software was never set up correctly, follow-up slipped, reporting was unreliable, and every “small thing” somehow landed back on me. The business kept growing, but my capacity didn’t and every day felt like drowning.

I hired coaches to help. I got advice. And all it did was give me more to do. I didn’t need more answers. I needed someone to actually fix the backend and stay with it.

Workwife was created to step into the operational work that makes running a growing business miserable.
